At RNPDC, an indigenous worldview of justice guides us in pursuit of full restoration for our Native clients. We seek to not only provide effective criminal defense in the courtroom, but also partner with outside resources to address underlying issues that led to the courtroom.
The issues you are facing run deeper than your particular case and your situation is about more than what happens in court. Our attorneys and staff are frontline advocates for reparative justice. Your assigned advocates review your history, underlying concerns, barriers to success, and current relational difficulties to help you chart a path forward.

About RNPDC
Regional Native Public Defense Corporation is a Native-led non-profit organization established in 2007 to seek justice and fair treatment for members of federally recognized tribes facing criminal charges. RNPDC was formed through collaboration between the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and the White Earth Nation to address the over representation of Native people in Minnesota’s criminal justice system, and the disproportionate rate of Native People are arrested, charged with crimes, and incarcerated.
